Day Five - House Blessing

October 15, 2019

Yo guys, I am back and I had a good sleep without any jetlag. So as you see the title "House Blessing" thats the part where it took eggxactly 3 hours to get to Hanoi to bless a house. Get the joke eggxactly egg--xactly.

Blessing a house means getting rid of bad spirits and asking for ancestor spirits to come. The shaman asked what I saw in the house and I said I saw tigers and dragons. Then he asked me to look into a bowl with water and roses. I saw royalty and more dragons, He told me to ride one dragon which I did.

One thing you all can know about me that no one else knows except Bronwen, who already knows, is that I have "yin eyes." Plus we both read the book "The Girl With Ghost Eyes." So I have yin eyes which means I can see spirits that are in other realms. Some of them can physically harm but rarely do. But when I close my eyes I can see them much clearer. Sometimes when I sleep I go to the realm and be one of the spirits and I don't need a red string to get back. I wake up and I am back. Bye guys. Have a good time at school make the best of six hours of school, promise me that.

Hi Toussaint! How many spirits were there and what did they look like? Draw me a picture and post it so I can see. How many bombs have you found so far? How many have you detonated? (Haha just kidding.) But do draw a picture of the spirits to show me. Crumple is still alive (I think. He was up on the wall this morning.) School is the same as always. I think we should perform an egg xactly (Please forgive me if I'm not spelling it right) in both the school and my house (I have a lot of bad spirits,or shadow beings, following me.) How did it feel to ride a spirit? Please tell me. Bye!

Jr. - Thanks Jr. Still no jetlag for me.
Anonymous - The food is delicious in Vietnam. Next time sign your name.
Ms. Chan - House blessing is getting rid of bad sprits that want to eat food off the family alter. The family altar is for the family ancestors, so we call the family ancestors to come and eat the food and keep the house and the family safe.
Anisa - I like the beach too but it's getting a little cold here. It's kinda of tough you couldn't bring your bunny back.
Max - The decorations came with the apartment.
Blake - That's amazing you can see your uncle. I guess you have "yin eyes" too. It was awesome to ride the dragon.
Michael - The Shaman told my mom to tell me to ride the dragon so I did. But on the other side, I just thought I rode the dragon on my own. I prefer the dragon and I don't know if I can ride the tiger. I did not try.
Mia - I also like dragon fruit a lot.
Unknown - If you sign your name, I can know who to teach using chopsticks.
The Tiger Rises/Broen - I saw the dragons and tigers, the general Tran Hung Dao, the army of tons of soldiers, and people in royal robes.
Yaya - Hi, Yaya, I miss you.
